The i-Capital Africa Institute Marks Leadership Milestone Through Master Builder Leadership Development Program

We proudly concluded the Master Builder Leadership Development Program (MBLDP) for the MIDROC Mining Cluster, marking the successful completion of a leadership journey built on learning, workplace application, and measurable competency development.

This was never intended to be another training program. It was designed to develop leadership capability that extends beyond the classroom equipping leaders to think critically, lead with confidence, and create meaningful impact in the workplace.
