Social Media Engagement Strategy for Businesses

Social media is where revolutions are started and national agendas disrupted. It's where small companies compete with giants, and win. And where the giants can engage their people. Currently, it has even surpassed newspapers as the main source of news for people. Companies can get sued for miscommunication and people fired from their jobs. Social Media is now a necessary step for crafting and implementing communication policy and influencing the customer.
